Over a six week period I trailed Perfectil Original for Skin,Hair and Nails.

I have used Perfectil before but I had never completed the course. This trail was the perfect excuse for me to get on board and finish a six week course. I was also interested in taking part because I had a baby 8 months ago and my pregnancy was very hard on my body. I suffered from severe sickness throughout my whole pregnancy and as a result my nails, hair and skin were affected. I felt like all the nutrients had been drained from my body during my pregnancy.
Each tablet contains:

I was looking to see changes in my my hair and nails.
My hair is definitely thicker and healthier looking and I have noticed that new hair is growing. My hairdresser also commented on the thickness of my hair and she has been doing my hair for over 15 years now.
I also wear lash extensions and although my own lashes are still there, they are slightly weaker and some are shorter then they previously were.I have noticed an improvement in the condition of them and they are now getting stronger and are beginning to look fuller.
The nails on my feet have improved. I had staining on some of my toes due to constantly wearing nail varnish. Since taking Perfectil I have noticed that it has cleared up and my nails are healthier looking.
My finger nails have slightly improved. They are stronger than they were before I started, but they are still breaking after a certain length is reached (but look, I am a Mammy to two and I am constantly cleaning and doing things so my nails are going to suffer). I do not use rubber gloves, so maybe I should invest in a pair see if that helps. If you have any tips in relation to this one then please comment below.
With my skin, it was in good condition when I started taking Perfectil. I look after my skin by having facials and investing in good skincare products. I can say that taking Perfectil combined with my skincare routine has improved my overall skin condition.
Would I recommend taking Perfectil? Yes I would, based on my results and I will keep on taking it. I actually never realised the variations it comes in,so I might look into that further and try a different one.
My tip would be to take the supplement daily and finish the course. As with everything this alone is not going to fix all issues diet and lifestyle also play a big part.
