I was delighted to receive a sample of the Revolution lipstick in burgundy mission, along with the lip liner to match. These were Kindly sent from RDC Communications. Flormar was launched this year in Ireland and it has proven to be a huge success and a popular choice for those who want affordability and quality.
I tested this lipstick out over Christmas, as I am trying to be more adventurous and try out stronger colours, as I normally tend to stick with nude tones. This lipstick is a rich berry colour with blue undertones, having these undertones makes your teeth appear whiter.

Application Tips:
Before application ensure your lips are in good condition especially in this harsh weather. Exfoliate to remove any dry skin and apply vaseline regularly to keep them conditioned. I applied setting powder to my lips before application, this can help prolong the staying power of the lipstick. I used a lip brush to apply the lipstick and I also applied the lip liner down onto the lip, so when the lipstick starts to wear off you still have lipliner there.

What I thought:
Firstly I am always drawn to pretty packaging (I know, but that's the way it is) and I love the way this lipstick is packaged. The white and black design is very sleek. The detail on the lid also features on the lipstick (very clever).
The texture is creamy and the pigment is strong in both the liner and lipstick. The lip liner is waterproof, this will ensure that the liner will not smudge or run.The lipstick lasted 2 hours on me. After I had my dinner I required another application.
Overall I am very happy with the lipstick and liner and I will continue to use it.The lipstick is €6.95 and the lip liner is €3.95.
