Statement Jewellery With My Shining Armour

I am a big lover of statement jewellery. It can add that something extra to a casual look and finish off an outfit for going out. I have a lot of statement jewellery that I have collected over the years. I take really good care of them to ensure that they last. I am mostly drawn to statement necklaces but I also have a collection of  bracelets and earrings. Statement jewellery does not cost a fortune so you can easily build up your collection.

Some of my collection

My next three blog posts will be dedicated to some amazing Irish companies and they just happen to sell beautiful statement jewellery. It is also really important to support Irish and local businesses.I am always browsing online, but I do have to stop myself from purchasing because I have so much already. (But there is no harm in doing some window shopping, now is there ladies)

First up is my My Shining Armour setup in April 2014 by Nicki Hoyne from Kilkenny. Other than jewellery you can also purchase stationery, makeup pouches and tech items,so there is plenty on offer. The My Shining Armour collection is beautiful, the price point is very affordable, shipping is free worldwide and if you're a magpie like myself you will be instantly drawn to these stunning pieces.

Earrings I purchased from My Shining Armour ...so fab on

"My Shining Armour has shipped to 22 countries, on 4 continents, featured on Irish TV shows; Xposé, IrelandAM and The Late Late Show and featured in British Vogue, Cosmopolitan UK, Grazia UK, Image Magazine, Tatler Magazine, The Sunday Times Style Magazine, The Irish Times Magazine, Social & Personal and many more Irish publications."

With this feature the spotlight is on Bellingham Castle which I fell in love with it, of course, each of the venues has charmed me in different ways. As you will see from the pictures the was shining for my  visit which made it extremely easy for me to take pictures of this breathtaking venue. I received a very warm welcome and I was shown around by the lovely Ciara. She explained that herself and Patrick look after the needs of Brides & Grooms. They are on hand for the run up to your big day.  The Castle is, as you would expect, extremely opulent. The Castle was renovated and re-opened in 2014.  There are up to 150 weddings a year here, so you guessed right, it is a highly sought after venue. As always early booking is essential, do not put booking your venue on the ...

This post has been on my to-do list for a long time now, if you're stuck on ideas for something different then don't worry because I have you covered, from Gin School to Glamping and everything in between. These venues and activities will ease the stress of planning so enjoy the read. Organising a hen party can be a very difficult and tiring task. If you have been tasked as the hen party organiser you probably have a sense of the pressure already. My top tip is to make the whole planning process as easy as possible for yourself, especially if you're not used to planning and organising. The venue and activities that you choose will help take that stress away so ensure that you choose well. Also bear in mind that the Bride needs to feel special and relaxed. Even if there is mayhem going on in the background don't let her see it. Listoke Distillery & Gin School:...
