Midi Dresses

Image result for dress quotes

I know a lot of Women out there can relate to this one. Searching for the perfect outfit for a special occasion. A look that is both classy and comfortable. Our baby girl is getting Christened next Saturday the 31st. As it's Halloween here's hoping that she doesn't turn into a little monster later that night.

I have been on the hunt for a dress the last few weeks. I wanted something plain to go with a gorgeous taupe coloured embellished jacket/top that I purchased  in the Folkster sale. I saw nothing in the shops, everything was too casual.

In the end I searched online (like I am not  always doing that anyway). I found a fab midi dress from Canella Lane in Cork (my dress is featured below) and it was only €39 with free delivery. The fit of this dress is amazing. It shows off your curves and the gathered fabric slims down the body. I have always favoured the midi dress. I think they are feminine, elegant and very sexy.

During my online search I saw loads of fab midi dress for casual and night wear. So of course I wanted to share them with you. Here are my top ten from Canella Lane and Miss Guided.

My top tip for buying a midi dress is to go up a size. It works for me,it just more comfortable and the last thing you want is to feel uncomfortable in a dress.

Happy Shopping

The Entrance  Hello all, this post feature will be the final one for now as part of my wedding venue feature. With this feature the spotlight is on Bellingham Castle which I fell in love with it, of course, each of the venues has charmed me in different ways. As you will see from the pictures the was shining for my  visit which made it extremely easy for me to take pictures of this breathtaking venue. I received a very warm welcome and I was shown around by the lovely Ciara. She explained that herself and Patrick look after the needs of Brides & Grooms. They are on hand for the run up to your big day.  The Castle is, as you would expect, extremely opulent. The Castle was renovated and re-opened in 2014.  There are up to 150 weddings a year here, so you guessed right, it is a highly sought after venue. As always early booking is essential, do not put booking your venue on the ...
