Spring 2016 Birdal Trends

Midi Dresses

I know a lot of Women out there can relate to this one. Searching for the perfect outfit for a special occasion. A look that is both classy and comfortable. Our baby girl is getting Christened next Saturday the 31st. As it's Halloween here's hoping that she doesn't turn into a little monster later that night. I have been on the hunt for a dress the last few weeks. I wanted something plain to go with a gorgeous taupe coloured embellished jacket/top that I purchased  in the Folkster sale. I saw nothing in the shops,everything was too casual. In the end I searched online (like I am not  always doing that anyway). I found a fab midi dress from Canella Lane  in Cork (my dress is featured below) and it was only €39 with free delivery.The fit of this dress is amazing. The Glitter Studio Wedding Event

On Sunday I went to the CHQ to attend the Glitter Studio Event.This was organised by  One Fab Day  they are an Irish online wedding magazine and a one stop site for brides and grooms.This was not like the normal wedding fairs that you attend. I would describe it as a boutique wedding fair and YES it was as described (Pinterest brought to life). All the supplier stands were so beautiful, you could see the time and effort that went into each one of them, just really fab altogether. I loved this contact details for each supplier.   My Husband came along with me and he was even impressed. We both agree that events like this were missing for us when we were planning.
